PrimeLab Atelier is backed by Guangzhou Xinshe Jewelry Co., Ltd., a China-based jewelry supply and manufacturing company established in 2016. We provide lab-grown diamonds, colored gemstones, fine jewelry, product sourcing, and custom jewelry manufacturing services for professional buyers, including jewelers, designers, retailers, trade buyers, sourcing partners, and emerging jewelry brands.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, downloading product information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies.

Product Information

Product images, specifications, descriptions, item codes, availability, materials, colors, sizes, carat weights, and other details are provided for reference and trade inquiry purposes.

Due to the nature of lab-grown diamonds, colored gemstones, fine jewelry, custom production, and sourcing-based products, availability, specifications, and pricing may change without prior notice. Final product details must be confirmed before an order is approved.

Trade Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown or quoted by PrimeLab Atelier may vary depending on item code, quantity, material, specifications, production requirements, availability, certification requests, shipping destination, and market conditions.

A quote does not constitute a confirmed order until product details, pricing, payment terms, production requirements, and delivery terms have been reviewed and confirmed in writing.

Custom Orders and Production

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, modified, engraved, or special-order items are produced or sourced based on the buyer’s item codes, reference images, specifications, materials, sizing, quantity, design requirements, or production instructions.

The buyer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before production or fulfillment begins.

Payment and Order Confirmation

Orders may require full payment, deposit payment, or other agreed payment terms before production, sourcing, or shipment begins.

PrimeLab Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, force majeure events, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Certification requests, if applicable, should be confirmed before order approval, as additional fees and processing time may apply.

Returns and Refunds

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, modified, engraved, or special-order items are final sale unless there is a verified quality issue.
